wash the cover at 40°C
Keep inner seed pillow dry (DO NOT WASH)
filled with linseed and with a hint of locally sourced organic lavender flowers
keep in the fridge or freezer for those moments that require extra TLC and cooling
place in the microwave for max 60 seconds to warm up when cold – let it cool down a bit before using
Re-heat for max 30 seconds and let it cool down again a bit before using
