While we take extra care to pack your orders carefully we are not protected from human error. If we sent you the wrong item or if the product arrives faulty, please let us know immediately, so we can make it right:


If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. Shipping costs of returning the item to us will be for your account.
Once we have received the item  unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging, you will be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund.

Only approved returns qualify for one of the below return options. Returns will be addressed in one of the following manners:

    1. Exchange - You can exchange the goods for any other product(s) of the same value. Shipping fees will be due over and above.
    2. Refund - A full refund to the payment method used for the purchase within 7 days excluding shipping fees.
    3. Gift Card - Request a gift card in the form of a discount code to the value of the product(s) purchased excluding shipping fees.
